Mobile Plant Automatic Grease Pump Station
Tecalemit’s pump station is designed and manufactured in-house. The pump station is installed on mobile plant to automatically supply metered grease to various lubrication points via injectors.
The automatic grease pump station is hydraulically driven by the host equipment and features:
- Mild steel enclosure, shot blasted and powder coated with wall or foot mounted brackets.
- 20kg bulk fill with inlet filter
- Low pressure alarm
- Adjustable on and off timer
- Cabin or pump station mounted controller
- Test button and cycle counter
- Electric grease vent valve with manual override
- Pressure compensated oil relief valve
- Lockable inspection lid.
- Oil pressure: 300 – 350psi.
- Recommended minimum oil flow: 6L/pm.
- Maximum oil temperature: 100°C.
- Greases: grade 0 – 2.
- Voltage: 24VDC, 2 Amp.
- Electrical protection: IP65.
