Single Point Grease Lubricator
The single point lubricators are designed to provide a constant and controlled supply of grease to bearings of all types.
Conveniently refillable with a Tecalemit manual or pneumatic grease gun, these units can be mounted directly or remotely (via an optional kit) onto any bearing requiring regular lubrication. The robust design has been built to withstand rigorous conditions and tested to operate in temperatures from -20°C to 125°C.
The mobile plant controller features:
- High tensile spring
- Polycarbonate piston and cup with volume indicators
- Twin O-ring prevents leaks
- Aluminium allow base
- Unique design prevents back-flow
- External protective cover for additional protection
- Brass grease flow control valve.
- Grease Capacity: 150g
- Delivery Pressure: Up to 10psi
- Supplied fittings: Male 1/4” BSP, Male 1/8” BSP, Male 1/4” UNF
- Adjustments: Up to 10 full turns
- Flow rates:
Grade 0 grease: 1 turn = 0.15g/hr
Grade 1 grease: 1 turn = 0.10g/hr.
Grade 2 grease: 1 turn = 0.05g/hr.
